Terms of service

These terms apply to Morbec Autoboard, the workshop management system provided by Morbec Group (Ireland). By creating an account you agree to them.
The service
Morbec Autoboard helps workshops manage customers, vehicles, quotes, job cards, production, parts, invoices and finance, with an AI assistant. We may improve and change features over time.
Your account
The person who creates the account does so on behalf of the workshop and is responsible for who gets access. Keep passwords private and tell us at once if you think an account has been misused.
Free trial and plans
New workshops get 15 days free with no card. To continue, choose a paid plan. Plans renew every month until cancelled.
You can cancel at any time from the account settings. The plan stays active until the end of the period already paid, and we don't refund partial months unless the law requires it.
Prices may change. We will warn account owners at least 30 days before a price change applies to them.
Your data
The workshop owns the data it enters. We only use it to run the service, as described in the privacy policy. You can ask for a copy of your data at any time.
Fair use
Don't use the service for anything illegal, to send spam, or to try to break or overload it. Each plan includes a monthly number of assistant replies; when they run out, the assistant pauses until the next month or a plan upgrade.
The AI assistant
The assistant can make mistakes. Check quotes, prices, invoices and messages before you send them to customers. Actions it takes can be undone from the conversation.
Availability and liability
We work to keep the service available and to back up data every day, but we can't promise it will never be interrupted.
As far as the law allows, our total liability is limited to the amount the workshop paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights that consumer law gives you.
Ending the service
We may suspend accounts that break these terms or don't pay. If we ever close the service, we will give at least 60 days' notice and a way to export your data.
