Questions
Do I need to install anything?
No. It works in the browser on a computer, tablet or phone. Technicians can use it on their own phone.
What happens after the 15-day trial?
Choose a plan to keep going. If you don't, access is paused and your data stays saved.
Does the assistant cost extra?
No. Each plan includes a number of assistant replies a month, and everything else is unlimited.
Do my customers need an account?
No. They get a link on WhatsApp or by email to approve quotes and follow the repair.
Does it send WhatsApp messages by itself?
No. It writes the message and you send it with one tap, from your phone or WhatsApp Web.
Can I cancel?
Yes, any time, in two clicks. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you've paid for.
Which countries and languages?
English and Portuguese, with euro, dollar and real. In Ireland it creates invoices with VAT.
